They say the road to success is paved with failures, and speaking from personal experience, I know that’s very true.
Nagbahagi si Abayomi Jegede ng 5 lessons na kailangan mong matutunan bago ka maging matagumpay.
Maaaring natutunan mo na ang ilan the hard way, but you still have the chance to learn the others without necessarily having to go through any unpleasant experiences.
1. IF YOU’VE NOT FAILED, YOU CAN’T SUCCEED:
For you to succeed, you must have previously failed.
Let me emphasize it upang makuha mo ang punto; walang Pilipino ang matagumpay ngayon na hindi nabigo noon.
One thing is that successful Pinoys know better than not to quit whenever they fail.
You can hardly succeed in anything you are doing sa unang pagkakataon; susubukin ka ng Diyos; susubukin ka ng kalikasan, at kahit ang buhay mismo ay susubok sa iyo.
So next time you sing that song that only your family members buy, know that it is a test.
That business that you have devoted your life and resources to and is not yielding profit may be just a test.
Karamihan sa mga matagumpay na Pilipino have acknowledged that they got their big break in life immediately after a heavy disappointment, when they were thinking of quitting.
It doesn’t matter how much you fail, if you persist you will succeed. No one is born a failure.
2. MONEY IS JUST A REWARD:
Kung talagang gusto mong magtagumpay sa lahat ng pamantayan, hindi dapat pera ang iyong pangunahing motibasyon.
Don’t get me wrong, maraming Pinoy ang matagumpay dahil gusto nilang yumaman but none of these Filipinos have succeeded without first adding value or solving a problem..
Money is the reward for value.
Only thieves want to reap where they’ve not sown.
Ang Google ay isa sa pinakamayamang organisasyon in the world today and I’m really not surprised.
Google alone has over 10 products that solve different areas of human problems.
Focus on creating value first, and the world will run to your doorstep for help.
3. TO GET WHAT YOU WANT, YOU HAVE TO HELP OTHERS GET WHAT THEY WANT:
Ang buhay ay give and take.
Tulad ng halimbawa sa itaas, para kumite ang Google, they help you get direction, emails, fans and followers, traffic and so on.
Sinabi ni Zig Ziglar, you can get everything you want in life if you will just help enough other people get what they want.
Isa sa mga bagay that keep me going in life, writing more articles, speaking to individuals or groups ay ang pagnanais na tulungan ang isang tao na makuha ang gusto niya.
If you can make helping others a lifestyle, magugulat ka kung gaano kabilis mong matutuklasan ang iyong layunin at magsimulang makamit ang iyong mga pangarap.
There is power and fulfillment in helping others.
4. PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT YOU:
Most Pinoys will always disappoint you and I mean always.
If you really want my best advice, I will say get used to it.
I can’t count how many times I’ve been disappointed.
Sometimes, I wonder why bad things always happen to good Filipinos.
It’s your attitude to disappointments that will determine how far you go in life especially in your relationship with clients, employees, colleagues and so on.
Kahit gaano ka binibigo ng mga tao, kailangan mo pa ring magtiwala sa mga tao, and everyone deserves a first chance.
You also need to learn how to control and manage your relationship with people at all levels, this is key to your success in life.
Inirerekomenda ko na basahin mo ang “How to Win Friend and Influence People by Dale Carnegie”.
5. THE FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS IS CLARITY OF PURPOSE AND DIRECTION:
Maaari kang magtagumpay in whatever you are determined to succeed at but finding your purpose and walking in it makes everything easier.
This is so because you will be using your natural talent and abilities.
Hanapin ang iyong layunin and chart the course you want to travel in life.
Doing this makes everything easier for you at masisiguro ko sa iyo, your success is guaranteed.
Hope you enjoyed these 5 lessons
