At EngineerPH.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we sell physical books, our policy is as follows:

1. Returns for Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a book that is damaged (e.g., torn pages, broken spine) or if we sent you the wrong title, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. Send a photo of the item and your order number to Jomel@EngineerPH.com. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” once the book has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

3. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.

4. Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Xendit within 7–10 business days. Please note that the actual reflection of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash/Maya).
